Pre-Historic Life

Igniting Young Minds for a Brighter Tomorrow.

Pre-Historic Life Gallery

The new gallery transports visitors into a fascinating prehistoric world, recreating life on Earth as it existed millions of years ago—a world that no human has witnessed and where many life forms have long since become extinct. The gallery features 35 carefully selected species from different geological eras, ranging from trilobites and giant scorpions to early birds, massive dinosaurs, and eventually Neanderthal man. These life forms are presented within meticulously designed environments, enhanced by immersive light and sound effects that bring ancient ecosystems to life. Many of the exhibits are electropneumatically animated, adding movement and realism that create a truly engaging experience.
Complementing these displays are informative panels that trace the story of Earth and life itself, covering the origin of the planet, the formation of landforms, major geological transformations, the evolution of the atmosphere, the emergence of life in water, its spread onto land, and the causes of early mass extinctions. Together, the exhibits invite visitors to reflect on some of humanity’s most profound questions: How did life begin on Earth? How did it evolve over time? Who are our ancestors? Is life possible beyond our planet? And what does the future hold for humankind?
